Lindsey Neal
Lindsey Neal is passionate about leveraging human capital practices to attract, retain, and build a diverse and equitable workplace. After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and International Business Lindsey pursued graduate school at the University of Memphis where she completed a Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management.
Lindsey has worked in the public/nonprofit industry for the last 13+ years with organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the TN Department of Education, and Memphis Shelby County Schools. She currently works in a leadership role as a human resource director managing recruitment, retention, compensation, employee relations, and benefit services for a public organization. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and loyal dog “Grizz.”
