Jeffery Johnson

Jeffery D. Johnson is a native of Memphis, TN and earned his Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Art, Physical Education, and Education from Mississippi State University. Jeffery was also a member of the 2014-2015 Men’s Bulldog basketball team. Jeffery founded Jeffery Johnson & Team ,LLC to improve athlete’s skills & confidence on and off the court. 

 

He’s a Certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM),and uses Biblical principles to train & develop the holistic person mentally, physically, and spiritually. In addition to being a trainer, Jeffery is also a published author, motivational speaker, and spoken word artist.
