Joy Stephens

Joy Stephens brings a unique and varied collection of work experiences to the table. She is a former engineer with over 25 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies, in roles ranging from manufacturing and R&D to sales and regional leadership. She focuses on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging education, as well as executive and individual coaching – specifically around Relationship Building and Inclusive Leadership Skills.  She has developed a series of workshops in this space. To date, she has delivered training to over 18,000 employees across 12 countries. 

 

Joy is the host of “A Moment of Joy” - a web series focused on small bite sized inspiration and coaching.  She also enjoys reading, video games and cooking.
